Windows10/Internet Explorer 11 issues - Unable to connect to TS10 & P10 Web Portals

Our organization has upgraded to the Windows10 OS. Since upgrading to Windows10, our team is unable to connect to the TS10 & P10 grid web portals.

We are receiving "Can't connect securely to this page", "This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website's owner.

We receive this error in browsers, iExplorer, Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Anyone else encountered this issue? If so, what's the recommended solution?

I am not familiar with the exact modules you are using. However we have received notices over the last few years about TLS 1.0 [and a few others] no longer being used or allowed. The connection is the "handshake" at the beginning of an http: session, where both ends negotiate by letting each other know what encryption schemes they can support. (I've seen the handshake negotiation text for connection to an SFTP site with WS_FTP Professional.) This is not a browser issue, other than the browsers are dropping low-grade encryption schemes like TLS 1.0. The web site needs to be updated. When that happens, the browsers are happy, and it's like it never even occurred, as far as the user is concerned. Numerous external web sites have upgraded, and I never noticed. But your captive web site needs to be updated to handle the better-encrypted schemes. It looks pretty complicated from a systems support side ( docs.microsoft.com/.../solving-tls1-problem ) so you will have to ask someone [Infor support?] about activating TLS 1.2.
