Our plan is set up to match 4% up to 100% of the employee contribution. We create new BN32 records each year when BN105 runs.
One employee was enrolled in a Roth last year. She made many contribution amount changes during the year, and our practice is just to change the amount on the original plan vs start a new record on each change. This has been working for years. This past year this employee was receiving 100% match on whatever contribution amount she had elected. She is the only one of 3000+ enrolled employees. The same thing is happening this year, we started a new plan for 1/1/2020 with BN105. She has changed her contribution amount each pay period, and she's being matched at whatever her contribution amount is vs 100% up to 4%. Has anyone ever seen this happen before? I thought I would ask before I logged a ticket with infor.
