Timekeeping Systems

Hi - does anyone integrate with a third-party timekeeping system? We're beginning an RFP for a tool, considering HCM, but also Kronos, etc. Any other systems you'd recommend or are using?

Frances: We've been using API Healthcare's system for 12+ years now. (Now they are a part of Symplr) We find API Support very, very helpful.

Their upgrades usually go pretty smoothly too. We are actually purchasing their staff scheduling piece this next fiscal year as well and will be moving forward with that. Highly recommend API Healthcare.

We use Kronos. It interfaces employees form Lawson and we import the approved P/R time records thru PR530. We have been with Lawson for 22 Years and Kronos for 20 years. They work good together. You will find it is the number 1 software for Lawson users

We've been using Kronos for several years. We do uploads into the system for LP. They have a new software program out that is very user friendly for management and employees also. We're going to implement the Leave module which will coordinate with the time keeping.

We use Kronos.. and for the most part works well. We are also looking at their leave module as well as their attendance.

We use both API (on premise with staff scheduling) and Kronos (hosted with staff scheduling). Both integrate easily enough with Lawson, but I know our payroll team prefers API. And as Greg mentioned the upgrades do go very smoothly with API. We haven't had significant issues with either system.
