Where is the Lawson documentation section now?

I have tried to find documentation a few times, and the search comes up with links that fail, and I can no longer find an actual section on the support site that contains all of the documentation that use to be listed. Anyone know?

I usually find an open incident and click on 'View full incident' and it takes you back to the old site where you can find the documentation. It's probably not the best way, but I haven't found a better one yet.

In "Infor Support Portal", under "Search" Tab, "Browse Documentation" option. Once there make sure to click on the "Show All Product Lines" to ensure all options are showing.

From the Concierge Welcome Page, take the Infor Documentation Center in the Resources block. From there, I needed to select a category but then take the link in the text "Additional information including technical and installation guides, and earlier versions than those listed here, are available at Infor Support Portal".

Is there a way to get to the main Infor site from this community page? I always sign out of here and then sign into Infor. Just wondering.

LXiong - thanks. That was what I was looking for but that new concierge page is such a PITA to find anything. I will bookmark that and use it instead of the concierge page.

On the Concierge home page, click on the square made up of nine dots to the right of the infor logo, at the top left of your screen:

This opens up the "App Menu." In the App menu, if you click on "Infor Support Portal" it takes you right to the old Xtreme homepage.

Carmen Williams, if there is, I haven't found it. One of these days they'll figure out how to properly lay out this support site. Of course, I'll be retired by then. :-)

You can also try docs.infor.com. A lot of the new documentation is there, but some of the older docs also.
