Does anyone know where position change history is tracked in Landmark? I am looking for business class or DB tables to use in IPA.
It sounds like you are probably looking for the Position_AuditLog field on the Position business class (you should be able to fetch it via a Landmark transaction node). If you can make use of the DB table name then you must be ST or on prem. (We were originally on prem but have been MT for several years now.) If memory serves, I'd check to see if there is a table named something like S$POSIT.
