We are using GHR 11.0 (single tenant in the cloud / hybrid). I'm pretty new to Config Console and am looking for a simple (& quick) way to verify that the State value which an employee has entered on the address form is valid. Currently, they are able to choose the state values from the dropdown, based on the country they have chosen. But then they can actually modify that 3 character field and enter anything they want. What is the easiest way to verify that their entry is valid. (I don't want to go the way of an address verification just yet.) We have other 'drop downs' such as Veteran Type that work as desired. What am I missing? Thank you.
