Error 403 : IMS endPoint

Hi guys,

I couldn't reach IMS endpoint from ION API. I am getting below error when trying to call Ping method. Do you have any idea what i am missing?

I couldn't access IMS Endpoint directly from Grid also.

I am getting Error 404- Page Not Found
