We currently maintain individuals in GHR in distinct Relationship to Organization statuses - Employee, Contractor, etc. but not at the same time.
- In the past, they have been one or the other and we have had individuals transition between the two.
- We now have a request to house an individual they want to maintain in an Employee Relationship to Org and also as PRN in a Contractor Relationship to Org status.
Do any of you support this practice currently or have seen anything similar? If so, do you do it by creating a separate distinct record for each type of Relationship to Org status?
