Anyone have any practices in place to handle PO change requests? We use the RQC in conjunction with IPA to put the Requisitions through an approval workflow. Then we generate the PO's directly from the created/approved RQ records created (without any additional approvals), then import the Lawson output into MHC to create the PO images and email out to the vendors.
We can create the revised PO's without any issue, but getting the approvals documented for the changes (increases) has been the challenge. Up till now we have gotten the approvals via email (which we usually have to solicit as the change request doesn't normally come from an approver), exported those emails out to PDF and then attached the emails to the revised PO's in MHC. Would like to find a way to streamline this.
Have only been using Lawson RQ/PO/MA/IPA for about a year, which we setup mostly ourselves, so thinking there may be a number of options we're not familiar with.
