Bulk images upload in one go through IDM

Hi,

I am an M3 Technical consultant.

Can you please help me on how can I upload bulk images in idm corresponding to the items in M3 MMS001 program for e.g. I have items in excel sheet and images in a folder location. I am trying this in M3 cloud edition.

When you use the bulk import function, you specify the "root directory." This is the location where your spreadsheet is saved. I save mine inside a folder on my desktop called "Import Sheets". Inside the spreadsheet you specify the "relative directory." This is the where the files reside in relation to the location of the import sheet. I save my files to be loaded under "Desktop --> Import Sheets --> Ready to load." So on my bulk import sheet, I label the relative directory as "Ready to load." 

From there, you just need to keep the Status and MDS ID fields blank in the sheet as they will be populated when you execute the bulk import. The other required fields are the file names and all of the attributes for the document type you are loading (even if you are loading 2 of 5 attributes, you need to have a column for all 5 attributes in the sheet).
