Duplicate Cost Centers
We have recently aquired another organization and our merging them into our payroll. All of our employees are in the same HR company and we want to continue that since they will receive the same beenfits, etc as our current caregivers.
However, the suggestion has been made to "duplicate" department codes for continuity. For example, Housekeeping is currently service line 25, CC 500. the othe Housekeeping would be service line 26, CC 500.
Has anyone expiernce something similar and if so, how did you handle?
