BN105 Needs Recovery - after ACA Phase I patching

Has anyone had issues with their BN105 going into Needs Recovery after applying the Phase I ACA CTP's? Receiving StoredbRec error.

I am not receiving an error when I run the BN105 and we just installed the latest updates released last week for the ctp 1. Are you only seeing this in Update mode?

Runs fine in Report mode. Fails in Update. Display statements added to the BN105 show an employee with a blank deduction code in EMDEDMASTR table but when we dump the table using dtabase tool, we don't see any blank deduction codes for the employee. We are on release 9.0.1.
