Pay at 1.5x regular rate for Holiday Time Worked (not as OT)

Does anyone pay 1.5x (or some variation therein) of regular rate for Holidays Worked?

If so, can you share how you do it. I cannot find a configuration in PR20.4 to pay this rate. I can't put 150% in the Rate field; and I DON'T want to pay it as overtime.

Ideas?

We put 100.00 in rate and 50.00 in the overtime field on PR20.4.

Hi Wendy, We have a separate code (Holiday Premium) that just pays the extra 50%. For example, the employee receives 8 hrs Reg and 8 hrs Hol Prem.

That was what I was thinking the option was. Do you have Holiday (1 code) and Holiday Prem (1 code) then?

We have a holiday worked pay code that is 100 in the rate plus 50% and is set up as premium pay, not overtime. If an employee works additional hours on a holiday all hours beyond the base 8 is holiday pay at a 2.5 OT rate.
