I've never had to make an absence plan before, and all of our current plans are continual accrual so I don't have a template to use for a very simple allotment plan for the FF-EPSLA. Lawson LP seems overly complicated to me, and the user guide tells me what screens to build, but otherwise the instructions are not very helpful.
Would anyone be able to share a set up for a simple allotment plan for the 80 hours of emergency sick pay? We will only enroll employees as they need it. I can handle the pay codes/classes, and service code/classes, I just need to know the basics for the LP02.1 and all of those rules. Again, a simple bucket of 80 hours that decrements when employees are assigned the plan and have sick pay using the new pay codes. It just doesn't seem like it should be this hard.
