We have run MSCM for last 10 years. Last year we upgraded windows server from 2008 Enterprise R2 to 2012 Standard R2. Since then we sometimes experienced MSCM can't scan item with series number above say 4 and 5. What we had to do is to truncate Lawson_item table in MSCM and rebuild this table to fix the issue. However the solution is one time fix and issue reappears now and then. Anyone had such issue before and how to fix it once for all? We opened a case with Infor and they say we have to upgrade MSCM. The strange thing is we never had this issue before we upgrade Windows server. Any help will be appreciate.
