Is there a way to allow ALL employees to view any and all Job Descriptions within GHR, or anywhere within TM? For example, if an employee wanted to see what another job entailed if they were interested in applying to it (but it was not necessarily listed in TA as an open job) or an employee needed to see their own job description during performance evaluations. Can an employee find this information?
Today, we have to do double maintenance....we keep all job description in GHR and in a SharePoint list..the SP list is for the organization so they can look up descriptions to their own or other jobs - ideally, we want to do away with the SP list and web form and just have them find the descriptions in GHR someplace...ideally in Employee Space, etc...
