Question:
I would like to split the liability line to spread based on the distribution Line Segment. E.g.
I have one invoice received for $100 distributed between two cost different cost centers and products. Expecting the liability should also split based on the distribution line.
Entry:
Invoice: ABC001
Invoice Amount: $100
Distribution:
1) Entity1-MISC Exp A/c-CC1-PP1 $75
2) Entity1-MISC Exp A/c-CC2-PP2 $25
Expectation of the Accounting Entry:
1) Entity1-MISC Exp A/c-CC1-PP1 $75
2) Entity1-MISC Exp A/c-CC2-PP2 $25
3) Entity1-AP Liab A/c-CC1-PP1 -$75
4) Entity1-AP Liab A/c-CC2-PP2 -$25
