MSCM Upgrade to Android Handhelds

Hello,

We are currently working with Infor to upgrade our environment to support android handhelds in MSCM.  The model we are using is a TC52.  We currently have the Motorola MC55 in service and are planning on utilizing the MC55 and the TC52 simultaneously as we slowly phase them MC55 out of service.  We are currently running into issues with the authentication piece as the android devices use a different adfs setting than the windows version.  I was wondering if anyone has experience with this type of project and if you would be willing to discuss the changes needed on the MSCM side as well as the process side?

We are on the old MC75As and new TC51s and had NOTHING but issues with the ADFS.  Old windows models you must login with domainusername (mhskvila) on the Androids, jut username (kvila)

On just the androids was a bug that just refused to acknowledge new passwords.  To change your password we had to log out of all devices, change password, log into a windows based handheld, log completely out and then log into the Androids.  If you did not follow the "Handheld Hokey Pokey" your AD account would get locked out on all devices.  After 4 months and 6 attempts, IMS seems to have fixed it.

Current bug is the network connection.  You open the MSCM app on Android - do not login.  You tap the profile under the login button, use the slider to get "Log In" which takes you to a different log in screen where you put username and password.

Once in the app, most users prefer the app look/feel to the windows version.
