Hello! Cloud environment question.
Is it possible to have a user create an alert or task in Mingle, and then capture the contents and date-time of that alert or task and load them into the data lake? We're trying to prove out if we could use Mingle's task assignment functionality, and capture the date-time a user accepted the task. We would like to have this data in the data lake, and be able to use it for baseline analysis in Birst.
I think it would be a matter of using ION Scripting to convert the BOD data to NDJSON or csv and store in the data lake. From there we could consume that data into Birst. I'm just unclear as to if that type of Mingle data is part of the pulse engine, and not available to send a copy of to the data lake?
