Password Expiry Notification

Although I've used EAM for many years, I'm still pretty new to Ming.le.(cloudsuite), so apologies for the newbie question.

I got locked out of our test environment because my password expired. This caught me by surprise because within EAM you get notifications in the run up to expiry. However, now it is part of cloudsuite this doesn't happen and I can't find a setting in Ming.lre to give me a notification. I have asked support, but they can't find anything.

How do I get password expiry notifications in Ming.le?

It does not exist in Ming.le You can only see the column when you login to User management in Ming.le

Hopefully Infor will add notification soon.

KB 2108556 Users are not getting email notifications when password is about to expire.

Description: Users are not getting email notifications when password is about to expire. This is for MT Cloud using Ming.le Identities.

Resolution: Email notification when password is about to expire was included in 12.0.40 Cloud Edition. However it's also required to set a property in CloudSuite Portal:

EnablePasswordExpirationEmail=1

So log a support incident and we can enable it.

In a follow up to the answer provided, I wanted to make sure you are aware you can use your company accounts for authentication, and then not manage passwords. IFS is meant to be the User repository for all Infor cloudsuite applications, and will manage each application users and authorities from IFS changes.
