What table holds work order notes/descriptions?

We use PowerBI for internal reporting along with Powerapps to allow our users to interact and request changes. I would like to develop a solution for easily requesting changes to the master (adding new operations, etc).. Along with this I would like to have the ability to also update work order notes where production sees on the work order travelers that are printed from Visual.

I'm having a hard time finding what table the work order notes/descriptions are stored.

Does anyone know where this information is stored?

if you are referring to the Specifications from work order header card that's in the WORKORDER_BINARY table
