Is there a way to manually move LP hours from "Accrued" to "Available"? We have a 90 day waiting period on our sick banks, but for employees that are quarantined because of Covid, we want to make their balances available prior to the Eligibility Date. I can manually change the Eligibility Date on their LP31, but then I have to wait for payroll to run the LP140 wide open, on the next full payroll run. We run the LP140 in HR, but for "Manual Transactions Only". The other processing options make me nervous. I tried running it with option 8 "Accruals and Allotments Only" in our test environment, but our data is old, so it isn't clear if that will work for us. If anyone has experience with this, I would love suggestions. Thanks!
