We are evaluating a possible change in how we manage our Purchase From Locations and Remit To info. We're considering using a 4 digit abbreviation for divisions rather than POO1, POO2. For example, Stryker Craniomaxillofacail would be CRAN, Stryker Endoscopy would be ENDO, etc. Is anyone currently doing this and what are the benefits? Also, are users creating an ROOx and POOx entry for all divisions or only when the purchase from location is different from the remit to location?
