V11 CloudSuite - MHC Document Express or IDM templates for Purchase Orders

We are currently using MHC Document Express for emailing and printing Purchase Orders in v10. We are moving to v11 CloudSuite in the future, project has already started. Is anyone on V11 CloudSuite and if so what are you using for their purchase orders, MHC Document Express or IDM templates?

We went life sending out rtf POs directly from Infor for mailed purchase orders. We had vendors who had issues with rtf documents so within the last couple weeks we switched over to a pdf document template to drive our e-mail and fax POs. We don't really use IDM so I don't know whether is it still considered an IDM template. We are still tweaking the format of the pdf template that we are using.

We are going to v11 as well and will be using MHC DocEx for PO's, primarily to integrate with RightFax for fax vendors. Fax integration within CSF requires another vendor, and we did not want to use another one.

Thanks for the reply. Are you also using MHC to email PO's? Are you using the RestLink call to retrieve additional information that are not on the standard CSF PO to generate the MHC PO. Any delay on sending faxes or email POs out when using MHC/DE.

Right now we are having issues getting the RestLink to work and was wondering if you had any issues at the beginning to get this work.
