Personnel Action for Process Level transfers

Interested in hearing how others handle personnel actions for process level transfers - do you have one PA that is used for all process level transfers or do you have individual PA's defined for each process level transfer combination  (for example:  a separate PA defined for ABC to XYZ;  another defined for XYZ to ABC, etc?  Thank you in advance!

What is it you are trying to accomplish by calling these changes out? We don't have a separate pers action for P/L changes. We have an action for Position Changes and then we will sometimes just update a position on the PA02 to a new P/L and/or dept.
