We have some Infor Enhancement Requests and would like to get more endorsements.  Voting ends at the end of May and we'd like to get these prioritized.  We are on Infor GHR v11 and Payroll v10.  Thank you in advance.

54198	CloudSuite HCM	Need a method for validating zip codes with towns	Is there a method for validating zip codes with towns. Need validation of zip code on the actual field. See example below: When employees update their addresses we want to validate that the zip code they put in match their address – city. So the change address screen below under Personal Information should stop an employee from entering a zip of 06510 when the actual zip is 06517. We need a hard stop that prevents invalid entries
54145	CloudSuite HCM	Need a way to validate data on a form before the form is submitted	Is there a way to validate data that is entered into a field on a form to determine errors? Currently when data is entered on a form, for ex. status to fte mismatch, there is no way to add a hard stop to the form.
53310	CloudSuite HCM	HR would like to stop managers and HR administrators from submitting duplicate HR transactions via the HR action forms.	We have 30,000+ employees. Due to our size, employee transactions are decentralized and are handled by managers for the most part and by HR staff when the transaction is not within the manager's span of control - like a transfer to another department. We're finding users sometimes enter the same transaction multiple times due to various reasons - they don't see that the transaction went thru and think entering it again will get a different result, they forget it was already entered, etc.
50856	CloudSuite HCM	Ability to add the Position title to the Inbasket Work Description field	We would like the abiility to add the Position Title to the Comp Inbasket Work Description. It would make life for the Comp folks so much easier so they would know which positions they need to go in and approve rather than going through every Inbasket item, checking to see if it is an area the Comp Analyst supports. Screenshot attached.
50578	TM Compensation Management	Add Warning when Inactivating Positions with Active Resouces in them or do not allow position to be inactivated with active resources in them	We had a situation this week where a Compensation user inactivated a few positions when there were active Resources in those positions. Is there a setting to enable a warning message or is there a way to not allow a user to inactivate a position when there are active resources in that position?
47721	CloudSuite HCM	Need ability to correct history records	HR needs to be able to correct employee history data on the audit history correction. Currently, can only change dates and this entailed adding a new record because we can't delete the incorrect history record. If the incorrect data has been processed, we are unable to make any chnage the fields. When adding correcting lines to the history record, the history becomes very confusing to read and is difficult to read and report on. In Lawson, we used PA54 and HR 54 to make history corrections.
47599	CloudSuite HCM	HR Action Forms (i.e. Change Pay Rate, Transfer, Promotion, Demotion) need to dynamically display the salary structure as of the effective date on the form	The HR Action forms display the current data on the employee. We are asking for an enhancement whereby when you enter a past date, the form refreshes and displays the data as of that date. For example, Compensation created a new RN salary structure eff 9/29/19. They created new structures because they are combining salary structures onto positions, so positions that had salary structures of: RNY, RNX, RNB are now RN. Comp set up new salary structures as of 9/29/19 and now when they try and retro a pay increase back to 6/30/19, the form displays the current salary structure of RN. This is misleading to the user inputting the data. Position 133 had RNB salary structure (eff 1/1/1950) and then the position was updated with the new “RN” salary structure eff 9/29/19. When they try and do a retro pay change (6/30/19), the current RN salary structure (RN) appears on the form. We want the form to dynamically display the associated salary structure (RNB) that was valid on the effective date enetered on the form.
45638	Landmark HTML5	When a position has no resources assigned, managers are unable to see the position in their span.	Every position is assigned to a single manager. Managers should be able to see all positions that report to them even if the position is vacant. We had a custom security role that allowe mgrs to see vacant positions. That role was replaced yesterday with Infor's new span of control. We need to give mgrs back the ability to see vacant positions
45445	Landmark HTML5	Need search functionality for managers on the my staff org chart	In GHR Mmanagers can view an org chart under "my staff". There is a search button under "options", however the search does nothing when clicked.
44098	CloudSuite HCM	Compensation Analysis report is not displaying the Action Reason when there is an Action: “Update” made to Infor.	Looks like the Compensation Analysis report is not displaying the Action Reason when there is an Action: “Update” made to Infor. This is found when you access your employee work assignment, open it up, go to Overview and click the button above that says: Printable Current Compensation. I don’t believe this has anything to do with a manager’s view of this report in terms of them not seeing the action reason appear due to their security. Pay increases were loaded to Infor from a spreadsheet and the Action that was used is “Update”. Update is used because otherwise it’ll route for approval and this was not the intent. It appears that if a transaction is made by a user (with an actual action code, not an "update") with an action reason looks like it’s displaying. Infor - is this in fact the case? If so, what can be done to get the action reason to appear on the Compensation Analysis when there is an "Update" done that also has a reason code.
42207	CloudSuite HCM	Authorized FTE on Position Budget Manager needed for funded and unfunded FTE.	Only Budgeted FTE field exists in Infor; both funded and unfunded FTEs are combined in the Budgeted FTE field; manual tracking required to determine funded vs. unfunded FTEs; The finance team needs to have a separate tracking for these two types of FTEs. In Lawson, Budgeted FTE and Authorized FTE fields available in PA70 and Position Control to allow clear distinction between funded and unfunded FTEs;
