I am trying to call a amazon SQS webservice from ION API. I get "Cannot read property 'toString' of undefined" from ION Api server. Any idea what is causing that issue?

Crash in ION API server when there is a variable that is expected to have a value but it is undefined. If you can't access logs etc and you have checked the configuration of the service, you should check with support.
