We currently have our Employer match for our 403b plans set at 2 years of employment. We are looking at changing it to be after 90 days of employment. Has anyone been successful at setting this up without customizations?
Our Benefits are in LSF v10.
We have tried creating an Employee Group with seniority dates between 90 days and today but this would be a manual update which we are trying to avoid.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
