When a user terminates, we have an IPA that deletes all the roles from the Actor. I think we could do this with User Provisioning but we don't - I'm thinking maybe it was not an option when we went live in Nov 2019 with v11 Cloudsuite? The IPA flow also creates a CSV file to import into IFS to disable the user. The import is done manually. We are finding that if a user rehires (we use the same Employee ID which is also the Actor) that upon rehire User Provisioning reactivates the Actor in Landmark but IFS then immediately Inactivates via the BODs. How are others managing users at termination? I saw an older post on this subject but was wanting more current feedback. Thanks!
