Exempt Positions working less than 40 hours

Hello,

Prior to Infor we had an HRIS and Timekeeping system that would not support having an Exempt position assigned to have less than 40 hours/week.  We have had .8FTE assigned to an Exempt level position since being on GHR.

>What is the lowest FTE you have assigned to an Exempt Level position?

For assignment purposes, we allow as low as .001 FTE but it doesn't generate hours because our Time and Attendance system (API) only reads 2 decimal places. This is intentional. Thus, for exempts for which we want to populate hours, we use anything from .10 to 1.00.
