We are considering moving away from reimbursing cell phone expenses via AP and submitted invoices. Rather we would like to pay eligible people a set amount once a month.
These employees could be on the weekly or biweekly pay cycle. Don't really want to break out the amount by pay cycle as they shouldn't get a partial payment.
We're trying to understand the most efficient way to set this up. Is anyone doing such a reimbursement and willing to share their best practice?
