Are there any standard API's available in M3 Cloud for automation (Automation between M3CE & Ser

Hi Guys,

We want to automate some tasks like User creation through IFS, Job Monitoring and Alerts on Integration between M3 cloud and Service now.

Are there any standard API's available in M3 for this automation?

Please advise and also let us know the feasibility for same.

User creation in M3 CE is integrated via IFS. Users are created in IFS and then synced to M3 via BOD Sync.SecurityUserMaster. See configuration guide for more info https://support.infor.com/esknowbase/root/DLPublic/57662/m3cs_11.x_csm3cg__en-us.pdf

Integration to IFS should be done via SCIM interface. Infor OS team could elaborate on that, I believe.

Agree, the best approach is to use SCIM to Federation Services to manage users in CloudSuite. The internal integrations patterns then update all applications and security.

The IFS implementation of SCIM supports Roles, custom Attributes, Groups, Culture (language/locale/timezone) and user properties.
