We have a problem with Customer Portal. Following message appears in the event viewer:
"2020-05-29 09:40:10,833 [60] WARN Global - The Saleslogix Customer Portal application has shutdown for the following reason: Reason=HostingEnvironment; Message=HostingEnvironment initiated shutdown HostingEnvironment caused shutdown; Stack Trace=at System.Environment.GetStackTrace(Exception e, Boolean needFileInfo) at System.Environment.get_StackTrace() at System.Web.Hosting.HostingEnvironment.InitiateShutdownInternal() at System.Web.Hosting.HostingEnvironment.InitiateShutdownWithoutDemand() at System.Web.Hosting.PipelineRuntime.StopProcessing()"
after that message is not possible to log on Customer Portal. That is possible after iisreset.
