In light of the current situation with COVID-19 and work from home orders, PSH is evaluating if and how to identify in HCM employees assigned to permanently work remote. Along with the decision to track remote employees, we are attempting to identify all other functions that may be impacted such as taxes, reporting, identity management and impact to downstream systems.
Looking for information from other users who are currently or in the process of identifying employees working remote. We are interested in what criteria is being used to flag them, how does Infor payroll do the taxation, how does it affect reporting ad-hoc and regulatory reporting, etc.

Penn State Health is a multi entity healthcare system in Hershey, Pennsylvania. We have approximately 14,000 employees. We are on premise GHR/TA and utilize Infor S3 for payroll with BSI tax program.
