Configuration Console Add Image to Form

Hello!

Look to add our company logo to a form in the WorkAssignment BusinessClass on theLRCPositionDescription form. Reason is so employee can go to their job description and print/save it off and have an official looking form that describes their job and have our company logo on it.

Is there a way to add images in config console?

I have saved a .png on the server under // ‘<LASRCDIR>/<PRoductLine>/images’.

Now just trying to figure a way to reference it.

Here we go...

I thought for sure that I had typed this up, but am not able to find it so I had ti figure it out again....yes....I'm getting old.

Here's what I did:

Add a User Field with a type of BinaryDocument

Add the user field to the form

Initial Value shows with a Browse Selection and select your picture. It looks like it can be on your computer, but play with it.

Go into the LPL for the form

Put a paragraph break, if needed

Indented underneath the image statement put the "display as" line. ItemImage is what I named the user field I added.

ItemImage
display as photo image

Replace photo in the above with portrait or full to see how that affects the look.

I am close, thank you - the image seems to keep blanking itself out and putting an exclamation mark in the initial value box. I am able to get the field on the form, but its an empty box instead of an image. Are there size limitations? Or, why else would the initial value keep wiping out the image?

I think when I was playing with it a couple of months ago I had to play with the section separator (paragraph, single column, etc) and the Portrait | Photo | Full options.

I'll keep playing...if you can find your successful attempt that would be amazing as I can't seem to find a combo (based on your suggestions) that works:

LRCPositionDescription is a Form
title is untranslatable:"<Position.Description>_-_<Position>"
Layout
single column
UCHLOGO
no label
center
align as label
display as full image up to 7 lines

I've tried a paragraph, and the 3 types of images, etc... it always clears out he initial value after you hit save....
