Realtek network cards

Hi all,

Our customer has been reporting intermittent writing issues to CTRAN on two of their PCs. A third PC has had no issues. All three PCs are using Realtek network cards, but the driver versions are different. 

B1-SHOP-TILL1  - Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller      10.35.510.2019

B1-SHOP-TILL2  - Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller      10.36.701.2019

B1-EILEEN-D538 - Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller      10.31.828.2018

 

Till 1 and Till 2 are the PCs experiencing the issue; the PC titled Eileen has never experienced the issue.

All Opera settings, access rights and anti-virus are same on all three.

Before asking them to reset back the driver versions on the two PC’s, have you experienced any issues with Realtek cards or driver versions?

Hi if it was the card then it would have an issue with Opera writing not just a specific file which seems to be the case here with it just being CTRAN have you check the physical disk for bad sectors or the file having blanks or duff index?
