We have a multistep job (it's what we run prior to the start of our payroll process so it runs twice a month, under the Lawson user id). In that job are several update jobs. One of the jobs (it's a custom program) we have set up to distribute the output report to specific users. For this particular job, the users are not receiving the report. They see other job outputs, but not this particular one. So to clarify, the users look in their print files and they can see all the output for the steps that have distributions for them, EXCEPT this one step.
My question - this is a new program, and we only added security for it to our admin class. There are no users that have access to the program. Does a user have to have access to a form/job in order to receive an report distribution from the job?
Thx.
