Does anyone know how to resolve security message: Not Authorize to Access Employee on HR11.1?
This might be due to a missing or invalid environment identity on the user's security record. Go to Lawson Security Administrator -> User Maintenance -> right-click on user ID and select Manage Identities -> select the lsenv identity and confirm it is populated and valid.
What Derick said is step one. Step two is to go into HR09 and make sure the user id (lsenv identity) is set up with a security value that will allow them to access HR information, appropriate to their job function. Numbers in HR09 give access to field data in HR10 with that number or higher.
Also, check that the user has a role that grants access to HR.
