Indirect Supervisor

We use Indirect and direct Supervisor on PA02.

The Direct supervisor can view the employee information in MSS

But the indirect supervisor cannot view the employee information in MSS

Does anyone have a way to set up the supervisors so that both the direct and indirect managers can view their employee information in Lawson?

On the Direct Reports screen, there is a Direct Reports option next to the subordinate's name who has direct reports. Via that, the indirect supervisor can access the other employees. However, if you're looking at the Employee Dates screen, the supervisor can only see his/her direct reports. We've been told this is 'working as designed'.
