Benefits Enrollment 834 Table

I am researching how to setup Lawson S3 to utilitize the Benefits Enrollment 834 EDI table. We are looking at creating the enrollment file to our vendor using this process. Any help would be appreciated.

I have gone into the BN15.1 and set up the information under the Insurers portion of the main tab. I then updated the HIPAA button information.

When I try to go to the indiviual Employee Benefit Change and Detail Change, I press the HIPAA Button and try to set a reason code, it look like it takes it, but when I exit and re-inquire on the employee it is the default with just the "Y" for create transactions that is on the form, not the reason code I entered.

I figured it out. The system actually adds the transactions and you can view them on the BN53.1 Transaction Audit Form. It appears when you run the update run, it picks up the updates and puts them in the HIPAA834 file to export to the vendor.
