The MSCM user schedule has LDAP errors after switching to LDAPS. The errors are sporadic. They occur on

On the LSF side, I see errors on the security_authen.log. There are 2 errors I see but not together. The errors are:
Error encountered while getting users DN. Please see logs for details[o8ab4d48nl2rufr230031et76l]Could Not Bind With privileged identity.
LDAP Bind failed. DN: CN=….
The second is the most common error. The errors happen less than 10% of the time. Prior to going to LDAPS, there were no error messages. I do not see the details. How can this be resolved?
