We are processing a Sales Order from sales portal. The Sales Order using Sync.SalesOrder not processing through ION. What configuration we have to setup.
Hi, Arya. You're going to want to open a ticket with Infor Support &/or work with solution partners. There's integration documentation available on the support site too. In my experience, it takes a combination of efforts to get this integration up and running successfully. My experience has been CPQ Sales Portal to XA. I'd also caution to be sure you're on as current of a release you can with each application involved. This is an integration that continues to evolve. Good luck!
