When creating a query in ISD, I am unable to click on Required Fields. Is there a way to activate this or is it user error on my part. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
My organization went live 7/1/19. I have not had anyone with access to ISDs not be able to set up query and click on any field. Are you able to click on any of the gold fields (required fields) or any of the non required fields? Could this be an access issue?
Are you getting an error like "This feature is not enabled for your role"? If yes then you need to have a role with ISD query enabled in configurable features.
If you are not encountering any error and is just not able to click any of the checkboxes in the fields pane then there might be something wrong with your install. You can try reinstalling. If reinstall doesn't work you can check the ISD log (Infor Logo->About->View Log) for any errors and put it here.
