Copy BSI Group?

Hi everyone,

Another BSI question - 

We need to add an HSA Payment Override rule for employees 55+ to our BSI dataset.

As now, we only have one BSI Group Code/Lawson Employee Group configured for BSI Payment Overrides. It currently holds all Payment Override rules related to TSA, that apply to employees 50+.

So I'm trying to figure out if a) there is a way to associate one employee with multiple BSI Employee Groups?; or b) if not, is there a way to copy all the rules from one BSI Group Code into another one?

It seems like we need one group for rules applying to people 50+ (the TSA rules), and one group for rules applying to people 55+ (the TSA rules + the HSA rules) and I'm trying to find a way to avoid all the duplicate entry.

I have recently learned that BSI (with other payroll systems) uses the employees birth date to determine these additional limits/thresh holds and makes these Payment Overrides unnecessary. Lawson chose to not use these APIs in their programming. If you look at your Taxability report in BSI you will see (example Federal) you will see the catchup amounts already programmed into the system.

But to answer your question - From other conversations I have been apart of in the past (401k and HSA) build a BSI group for 50+ and another 55+
