We have recently updated our Landmark to 11.0.30. We also updated to Infor GHR 11.0.26. (We are cloud, but single tenant). The Landmark release notes indicate the following:
Changing the effective date of a retroactive update
Infor Landmark Technology Runtime now allows an effective date change to a prior audit log entry. You can change the effective date for any update done in an action, even if subsequent updates have been performed. Previously, the first effective date still shown in the audit log, but now the revised effective date is shown, preserving an accurate audit trail.
When we try to change an Effective Date to a previous Effective Date, we don't have the option to Save. We can enter the new Effective date, but we cannot leave the screen. Has anyone had success with this new feature? (Also, when we attempt to do the same thing in Rich Client, we receive a nondescript Java error. )
