During open enrollment there were no errors in updating benefits. But, now we cant see dental plans in BN32. How can they be updated? Can we use BN105 or BN101?
Can you give some more information? Did you Run BS531/BN531? What parameters did you run them for? It's possible that the BS531 was not run to pull Dental Records. Are you looking for Dental as of today? If so, try back dating on BN32 to see what date the Benefits termed, It's likely to be one day prior from BS01's New Enrollment date.
