LTM (Talent Acquisition) - Interview documentation / notes

We are implementing INFOR 10.2. We will be using both the HRM side (payroll and benefits) and the LTM side (talent acquisition and talent management).

I wanted to reach out and see how other facilities that are using the Talent Acquisition within INFOR obtain the interview documentation from their managers. We have a current system (that will go away once INFOR is live) that the managers go in and do electronic documentation and that plus their hiring recommendation is sent to HR for further processing. There doesn't seem to be this capability in this system.

What's everyone else doing? Do you require interview summaries from managers?

Would you be will to speak with me (and others from my organization) privately about your Talent Acquisition implementation and satisfaction? We've been live since early January and it has been a rocky experience for us.
