During COVID 19 pandemic and for other reasons there are times when people are on leave or furlough and have to enroll without encountering any PR39 arrears errors for their benefits. This enhancement would fix things by allowing suppression of the error.

Thank you for adding this request, Mark.  Employees should not be prevented from normal enrollment activities in ESS just because they're behind on their benefits deductions.  This has been a huge frustration with much manual intervention required by you and the benefits staff.
