Out of State employees

We are located in California and are currently looking at having employees work from home from several different states.  

We have BSI and tax locator. 

Has anyone had issues with reporting wages from several different states and filing quarterlys and year end W-2's with multiple state earnings?

No issues reporting on our end.  Do you have a reciprocity agreement with the states you are withholding?  Some states may be too complicated to support, we have that issue with PA. and don't withhold for that state.
