Hello, Interested in hearing from someone who uses Plan Source for benefit outsourcing. We are told they handle all the benefit vendor transmissions and ACA reporting. Interested in hearing your satisfaction level, effort needed to maintain the system, and particularly in regard to the feeding back to Lawson Payroll. Which programs are used for uploading the benefit deductions to Lawson Payroll - are you using PR514, Addins, etc. Also very interested in hearing how ACA is handled - how to keep employee & dependent SSN's and DOB's in sync, etc.
